SMALL GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING

Small group weight training is geared to those who want to improve their strength, knowledge and form in the weight room.  The supportive, yet challenging nature of group training encourages each individual to reach their full potential at their own pace, fostering a team atmosphere and accountability.  Our personal trainers will guide you through weight lifting exercises, focusing on different areas of your body and based on your abilities. We will teach proper movement and form and work to increase your strength, overall knowledge and confidence. Group training is an excellent, affordable option for those looking for the benefits and expertise of a personal trainer.

Personal Training at ELEV8 is geared to individuals who want a more specialized training experience with one of our certified personal trainers. We offer one on one guidance customized to the client’s needs, goals and schedule. As always, we take an overall approach to fitness, so nutrition coaching, detailed instruction on form and technique, and assessments to track progress are all part of our full service personal training at ELEV8.
